Our programs start when you send us a daily file of your outbound shipments that includes your package identification number (such as tote number). This file can be sent via FTP or EDI directly to our Load Control Center in West Chester, Pennsylvania. When your customers are ready to return your units to you, they can contact our office. We will create a bill of lading, contact the carrier and update our system. We will also audit carriers' freight invoices to verify that program carriers were used by all of your customers.
