When you join A. Duie Pyle, you are provided with a company-paid orientation including lodging and transportation, and are guaranteed regular, full-time work from the day you begin. We ensure that our P&D drivers make it home daily, and our Line Haul drivers have weekly home time and are home each weekend.

Equipped for First-Time Drivers

Bringing our drivers home safely every night is a priority at A. Duie Pyle. And for new drivers, that begins with a fully-paid, 12-week training course at our own top‑tier Truck Driving Academy. You’ll receive the proper training in safety and customer service that includes classroom work and range training, as well as 40 hours of one-on-one instruction behind the wheel so that you can step into a driving career with confidence. Lodging is fully paid and you’ll earn your paycheck while going through the training program.
